COVID Update
OPT is open and accepting new patients.
The safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority.
Our private treatment rooms and individualized treatment philosophy has allowed us to stay open during these difficult times. In addition, we are taking every step possible to ensure the safety of our patients and staff by implementing the following procedures:
Screening:
We are screening patients for symptoms by phone and when patients arrive for an appointment. If you are exhibiting any of the following symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your visit after 14 days.
- Cough
- Shortness of Breath
- Chills
- Fever
- Sneezing with Nascal Discharge
All team members also undergo daily screening for symptoms. Any employee presenting symptoms consistent with COVID-19 will be sent home to self-quarantine for 14 days.
Spacing and Distancing:
- All care is individualized. We do not double-book patients.
- Only patients are allowed in the clinic to minimize contact in the waiting room. Vendors, observers, and other non-essential individuals are prohibited from entering the clinic. Special accommodations will be made for minors.
- Staff is actively managing patient spacing within gym and are utilizing our private treatment rooms.
Hygiene:
- Masks are required upon entering the clinic.
- Hand washing is required before entering the gym area.
- Therapists are washing and/or sanitizing their hands in between each treatment.
- We are providing enhanced cleaning regimen of clinic and equipment. Each treatment room and any used piece of gym equipment is sanitized after each use.
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is placed in the clinic for patient and employee use.
