Excellent experience with the staff. Mostly worked with Holly and Leanne and they were both outstanding and it was well worth the work to get the results! Shout out to their right hand man Seth! Everyone here is so fantastic! I had a foot injury that was debilitating me for months, and after being in the care of the wonderful physical therapists and physical therapy aids, I had a great recovery! I have a wonky work schedule and sometimes I wasn’t able to see one designated physical therapist, anyone who was available would see me, and I greatly appreciated that! Awesome place with super friendly staff. Spent the better part of 4 months, almost everyday of the week here and never had anything short of a welcoming  professional experience.  They crafted specific routines to cater to my entire medical case. The rebuilding process was challenging, but made incredibly less so with their attention to needs, limitations, and physical capabilities. During my time with OPT, I worked with Christiana, Holly, Jason, and Billy. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the ups and downs of my recovery. Have been to physical therapy other places, and this is the only place I actually got results. This is my second experience with OPT.  All the physical therapists are very friendly, caring, and know their stuff. They ask questions, monitor your progress and are firm but not overly aggressive. You will not find a better office to work with. My doctor originally referred me somewhere else for PT but after weeks of not being able to get through, I called OPT. I spoke with a live person on the phone right away who scheduled me for an eval the first day I was available.  During treatment I never had to miss work because I was able to schedule early morning appointments, how the exercises and treatments worked was clear, all the physical therapists were wonderful to work with, and I’ll miss seeing them now that I’ve finished. The upside of any future injury will be getting to work with them again!
